Evidence & Resources

Evidence designed
to support decisions.

MHN publishes research syntheses, field learning, technical resources and policy products that help mining cooperatives, practitioners and public institutions move from hazard recognition to practical prevention.

All resources meet MHN's publication standards: clearly dated, attributed, scoped and honestly described — including their limitations.

Resource categories

Six resource types

When published, resources will be organised into the following categories.

Research and evidence reviews

Scoping reviews, evidence maps and technical syntheses on priority occupational-health and mine-safety hazards.

Field learning notes

Short, dated accounts of what MHN and participating partners are observing, testing and learning during programme development and implementation.

Technical guidance

Tools and guidance for hazard recognition, site observation, control selection, implementation and follow-up.

Training materials

Facilitator guides, miner learning materials and practical job aids developed for cooperative use.

Policy briefs

Concise recommendations translating evidence and implementation learning for public institutions and sector stakeholders.

Programme reports

Reports describing programme scope, activities, outputs, limitations, learning and next steps.
